Susan Boyle Date Night: Sold Out Tour Ahead, But Singer Wants to 'Find a Man' (VIDEO)

With her first live tour already sold out, Susan Boyle admits that she is a little busy but still eager to date.

On-screen kisses don't count. If they did, the "Britain's Got Talent" singer would have already claimed her first husband after filming "The Christmas Movie" with James Cosmo. In fact for Boyle, it might have counted a little.

"I have my very first husband- which is very exciting. It's been a long wait," she joked during a recent interview with Cover Media. "I had to kiss him, too, as we had a kissing scene. It was my first on-screen kiss. It was lovely. I didn't know about the kissing scene when I signed up, but I wasn't complaining."

Her former on-screen mate has inspired her, however, to start seeking a real one. Boyle, 52, says that she is ready to settle down.

"I want to find a man but it's hard with all the travelling I do. I really want to start going on dates and I've asked my friends to set me up with a good man – if they can find one," she told British newspaper The Sun. "I'd like to settle down one day."

Boyle first stunned "America's Got Talent" judges in 2009 with her unexpected mezzo-soprano voice. She released her first album "I Dreamed a Dream" same year and it quickly became the number one best-selling album on charts around the globe. Boyle's first live tour is expected to sell out, with over 98 percent of tickets already sold, according to The Scotsman.

"I'm very excited, it's long overdue. I've been on at my manager for some time to let me go live. He kept telling me, 'You're not ready yet,' but this time he feels I am," she told The Belfast.
