Taco Bell Patron Shot With BB Gun and Pistol Whipped After Biting Employee
A Taco Bell patron was shot with a BB gun and pistol whipped in an argument that escalated to violence over a lack of tacos and burritos. Steven Noska, 26, was arrested during his shift at Taco Bell early Sunday morning in Springfield, Massachusetts and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon for his fight with a customer.
The Taco Bell patron who was shot with a BB gun was unnamed in the police report, but officers said that the victim had pulled up to the drive-thru window at about 4 a.m. After receiving no service— "no tacos or burritos," the man told police— he got out of his vehicle and began to bang on the front door of the fast-food restaurant.
Noska, an overnight employee at Taco Bell, eventually opened the door and began arguing with the man. The heated argument turned physical when he shoved the customer away, and the two began to fight, police stated in their report.

At one point during the fight the man allegedly bit Noska, and the Taco Bell worker went to his car. When he returned to the man he had his BB gun, and shot him several times. He also struck the man with the gun, the victim told police.
After that, police were called to the scene and officers William LaPorte, Angel Marrero and Anthony Tyler arrived to see the victim still banging on the front door. After viewing cell phone videos from passerby, they arrested Noska, who still had a bite mark on his arm.
Noska was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and another count of assault and battery. He was arraigned in Springfield District Court.
It is unknown if any charges will be filed against the victim.
