Teresa Giudice News: Giudice Preparing for Prison Sentence, Will Let Her Friends Take Kids While She's in Jail?

In less than two weeks, Teresa Guidice will begin serving her prison sentence, which begins on Jan. 5. Giudice will be imprisoned for 15 months for fraud at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, and reports claim that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is worrying about numerous things that would happen while she is in jail.

A family friend said to Us Weekly, "Teresa's panicking. She's worried about her parents dying, her husband cheating and leaving her girls."

While the reality star is trying to make the holidays as normal as possible, she is reportedly worried about her husband Joe managing everything in her absence. Though rumors of divorce have swirled, a source tells People that their marriage is fine and that they are just trying to cope with the stressful situation that they're in. The source also adds that Giudice is mostly worried that Joe will not be able to fulfill the full-time parenting role and has turned to her sisters and mother for help while she is "away."

"Teresa may have to hire someone to help care for the children. I know she is displeased that he is not taking any initiative to learn the girls' routines. They have a lot of activities," said the insider to People.

The couple has four daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.

Wendy Feldman, Giudice's former crisis manager, recently told reporters that the reality star is more or less the sole caregiver of her daughters as Joe is often absent in that regard.

A source from Radar Online said, "She knows Joe doesn't want to take care of them, and she doesn't think he's capable. Theresa has become so desperate, she's now considering giving her kids to friends."
