'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 8 Spoilers: 'America's Next Top Model' Alum to Guest Star as Sheldon's Love Interest

Analeigh Tipton became famous after becoming the third runner-up of "America's Next Top Model" and starring in her own TV show, "Manhattan Love Story." She also ventured into movies, starring in "Crazy, Stupid, Love," "Warm Bodies," and last year's "Two Night Stand." The latest gig that Tipton landed will be on the hit CBS comedy show "The Big Bang Theory," where she'll play the new "love interest" of Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons).

Tipton already appeared on the comedy show as herself in 2008, during the "The Panty Pinata Polarization" episode, where Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and Howard (Simon Helberg) decided to locate the house where the models of "America's Next Top Model" are staying.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Tipton will now have a new character created for her. TV Guide listed Tipton's character's name as Vanessa on its website, and the teaser of the upcoming episode showed Sheldon opening the door for her. The summary of the next episode teased that he got Raj and Howard look for a woman he can date, and it seems that the two recruited Vanessa for that.

Meanwhile, Amy (Mayim Bialik) is about to go out on a date, and was seen saying to her friends, "Some people think that the sexiest organ is the brain." Penny quickly slammed her and sarcastically said, "No one ever bought me drinks at the bar because my brains just popped out of my shirt."

The website posted the synopsis of the upcoming episode, which is titled "The Mystery Date Observation," and it reads, "When Leonard, Penny and Bernadette learn that Amy is going out on a dinner date, the trio set out to spy on her and the guy. Meanwhile, Sheldon recruits Raj and Howard to find a woman for him, since they were responsible for getting Amy and him together."
