'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Spoilers: Sheldon's Birthday Surprise and New Addition to Group
With "The Big Bang Theory" reaching its 200th episode, it was revealed that the series brought forth a celebration.
The previous episode of the series was titled "The Celebration Experiment." It saw the group throwing a party to celebrate Sheldon's, played by Jim Parsons, birthday. It was stated that it was the first time the group threw a party for their difficult friend.
However, fans saw that Sheldon was not too happy about the idea of a party. Nevertheless, the ladies were happy to plan the event, refining the most specific details such as cake choices and music. But they seemed to struggle in fulfilling the celebrant's preferences, who requested to have the Tibetan throat singing as his party's music.
Fans were able to see some familiar faces in the party, such as the past lover of Leonard. However, the surprise was when Adam West made an appearance as himself during Sheldon's party. It was revealed that his presence excited Sheldon, who was a fan of the former Batman actor.
Meanwhile, it was stated that the series will soon bring the other characters into focus. After the emphasis on Sheldon and Amy's reunion, which took place in the first few episodes of the show's midseason run, fans can expect to learn more about their favorite characters in the episode to come.
One of the most-talked-about topics regarding the rest of the group is Bernadette's pregnancy. It was recently revealed that the group will be expecting another member. With that, the executive producer of the series, Steve Molaro, recently hinted at what that entais for the rest of the group.
He explained that the new baby will bring excitement and concern not just to Howard and Bernadette but also to their friends.
With that, fans will have to wait every Thursday night to catch "The Big Bang Theory" season 9.
