'The Flash': Episode 10 Synopsis Revealed, 'Prisonbreak' Alums to Guest Star

The midseason finale of "The Flash" featured Reverse Flash, but when the show comes back, two villains are going to team up to draw Barry out as they create chaos all over the city.

Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, who played brothers on "Prisonbreak," will be guest starring as Captain Cold and Heat Wave when the show returns for its 10th episode this month. This will be Miller's second appearance on the show, and it can be recalled that on Captain Cold's last encounter with The Flash, Caitlin and Cisco managed to trick him so that he won't kill Barry. At that time, Barry and the team had no idea how to defeat him, but will they be ready this time around?

After Barry revealed his feelings for Iris, it's interesting to see if something will happen between the two of them. Does Iris feel the same way and will she leave Eddie, or will she let Barry down?

Here is the synopsis for the 10th episode of 'The Flash' titled "Revenge of the Rogues" from ComicBookMovie:

"Leonard Snart AKA Captain Cold (Guest Star Wentworth Miller) returns to Central City with a new hotheaded partner in tow—Mick Rory AKA Heat Wave (guest star Dominic Purcell). The duo plan to steal a multi-million dollar painting, but Cold has another agenda while in town—to set a trap for The Flash. Snart and Mick kidnap someone close to The Flash and threaten to kill them unless The Flash shows up for a battle of fire and ice. Barry tells Joe he isn't sure he should take on Snart again after the casualties that happened the last time they fought. Meanwhile, Barry asks Dr. Wells, Caitlin and Cisco to help him double his training efforts so he's ready for the Reverse Flash when he returns to Central City. Iris deals with Barry's confession, and Cisco makes the CCPD a new shield."

"The Flash" returns on Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 8/7c on The CW.
