'The iDOLM@STER Side M' Episode 6 Spoilers: What Personal Motivations Will the Next Featured Unit Reveal?
Aside from a shared desire to perform on stage, established and would-be idols also have their own personal reasons for taking this particular path. One such reason is to inspire young students through music, as is the case with one of the units featured on the Japanese music-themed anime series, "The iDOLM@STER Side M."
The previous episode featured the three-man unit, S.E.M., which consists of former teachers who have since decided to resign from their teaching posts to take a different path towards guiding students. At least, this was what it meant to Michio, which in turn convinced Rui to hop in for what seemed to be an interestingly fun ride.
And although the third member, Jirou, has initially come onboard for the monetary gain, he has since grown into his chosen role, and he is very determined to train and work hard to ensure the success of their unit's goal to continue inspiring school youths.
Now that the motivations behind S.E.M.'s drive for success have been revealed, which unit will be taking center stage in the next episode titled, "Victory Chosen by Both"? What reason does this particular unit have for wanting to come to the stage and perform their music?
Moreover, what kind of relationship does each member have, and how did they come together in the first place?
The hardworking Manager, although mostly kept to the background and never named, also continues to watch over them without ever being too fussy about the kind of approach they would like to take towards their units' eventual success.
Then again, one can't help but wonder just how long the unnamed Manager can keep doing this without tripping up on his own personal conflicts, which may or may not involve the idol units that he is currently taking care of.
