'The Leftovers' Season 2 Episode 10: Meg's Special Plan for the Departure's Fourth Anniversary
Meg's (Liv Tyler) evil plans against the citizens of Miracle, Texas will finally be revealed as the fourth anniversary of the Departure comes.
According to the International Business Times, Miracle, which is also known as Jarden, Texas, will see its biggest attack yet on Oct. 14. The finale episode, which is titled "I Live Here Now," will bring terror to the viewers because Meg's cruel plans will be seen tonight. Her plans involve "reminding" the town again on what happened on the Departure, since the Guilty Remnant leader feels that everyone is forgetting. It seems that her plans will bring chaos to everyone in town, as seen in the sneak peek released for the finale.
Viewers saw in the promo that some of the people are running and panicking, like John (Kevin Carroll) and Erika Murphy (Regina King), who seem to be looking for their daughter, Evie (Jasmin Savoy Brown). It was revealed in the last episode that their daughter is actually alive, but is now living with the leader of the Guilty Remnant cult. There's chaos on the bridge, where every citizen seems to be gathered, and fans wonder what exactly is causing this mayhem.

According to Carter Matt, Miracle will see its biggest attacks yet in its history, and the website said that there might be a significant number of lives that will be lost, if Meg's plan involves ending the people gathered on the bridge.
Meanwhile, many fans of "The Leftovers" wonder if this will be the final season since the show is not yet confirmed for another season. Indiewire spoke with Tom Perotta, the show's creator and executive producer, and he said that they have "vague ideas" for season 3. However, even Perotta admitted that they still don't know if the show will indeed come back for more. "I think one of the things is that post-production for the finale has just been wrapped up and people went on vacation. It will all be discussed, but at the moment there hasn't been a lot of discussion," he explained. Fans can only hope that once everyone's ready, the renewal of 'The Leftovers' will be prioritized.
