'The Leftovers' Season 2 Episode 10 Spoilers: Surprise Threat Becomes A Miracle
The finale of "The Leftovers" season 2 is fast approaching, and fans can't wait to see how the story will end this time. In the teaser that was released for the finale, it appears that Miracle will meet an unexpected threat, and the sneak peek shows that chaos erupts near the bridge where Meg (Liv Tyler) is being held by handcuffs.
The next episode of the show, which is titled "I Live Here Now," will show what really Meg, the Guilty Remnant leader, plans on the fourth anniversary of the Sudden Departure. According to the International Business Times, the "big plan" involves proving that "there is nothing special about Miracle and Evie and the missing girls."
Hidden Remote also noted that last week's episode shows how twisted and dark Meg actually is. The big plan might be something to do with reminding the people what happened on Oct. 14 four years ago since she mentioned that people are now forgetting about The Departure. Whatever that would be, viewers will surely be at the edge of their seat once the big reveal happens.
Fans also finally discover that Evie (Jasmin Savoy Brown), John (Kevin Carroll) and Erika Murphy's (Regina King) missing daughter, is still alive, and was seen as a member of the Guilty Remnant cult, according to the website. John still suspects Kevin's (Justin Theroux) involvement, and his suspicions to him will continue on into the finale. Drama and suspense definitely await viewers this coming Sunday.
TV Guide posted a synopsis of the upcoming season 2 finale, and the summary reads, "John is skeptical of Kevin's revelation about the night Evie disappeared. Meanwhile, the fourth anniversary of the Departure brings an unexpected threat to Miracle."
Watch "The Leftovers" season 2 episode 10, which is also the season finale, on HBO this Sunday, Dec. 6.
