'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Star News: Teresa Giudice Out of House Arrest

The star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" was recently freed from her house arrest last week.

It was reported that Teresa Giudice has finally finished her house arrest after months of imprisonment. Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in jail two years ago. She was found guilty of fraud charges, which earned her time at the Federal Correctional Institution.

According to her lawyer's statement, it was revealed, "Effective this morning, Teresa is no longer subject to the parameters of home confinement. She is now free in all aspects from the custodial portion of her sentence. The restitution has been paid in full and what remains is a two-year period of supervised release, the terms of which we will remain in full compliance with."

While her sentence ended last December, she was on house arrest until last week. With that, her lawyer, James Leonard, recently shared some details about Teresa's feelings toward her new freedom to People Magazine.

He said, "Teresa is very much looking forward to closing this dark chapter in her life and moving forward both personally and professionally."

With that, fans can also expect a new book by Teresa, titled "Turning the Tables: From Housewife To Inmate and Back Again." Her tell-all prison memoir will be available in book stores this week.

However, it was reported that in the next month, Joe Giudice will be the one heading to prison for his 41-month sentence. There are also speculations that Giudice could be deported after his sentence is over. In the mean time, he and Teresa have been working hard to spend time with their family, which include their daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.

It was reported that the family recently celebrated the birthday of Milania. The Giudice family was seen at an indoor sky diving center, enjoying their time together before Joe heads to prison for more than three years.
