'The Walking Dead' Season 6 Spoilers: Lauren Cohan Shares Reunion with Glenn Won't Be a Happy One

With the return of "The Walking Dead" season 6 just a week away, fans have been waiting patiently to find out the fate of their favorite characters.

However, it seems as though the upcoming episodes of the series will not be filled with happiness. According to Entertainment Weekly, one of the series' stars recently shared some details about the fate of a couple's relationship.

It was reported that Lauren Cohan recently hinted at the reunion of her character Maggie, and Glenn, played by Steven Yeun. She explained that their reunion will not exactly be a happy one. She stated, "The reunion is going to be somewhat overshadowed by a lot of other darkness. I think I can say that much. Because they have found each other and just in time to sort of help everybody else in this huge battle that's continuing. They're completely underwater right now. We've had both of them at the absolute cliff edge of danger and death."

Because of this, there is much speculation about a possible death for a major character. It was revealed that the return of the series is expected to be filled with violence since the announcement of a pivotal character. It was previously stated that the series will soon introduce Negan, a notorious character of the comic series. With that, fans believe that the upcoming episode will challenge many of the characters.

In addition, avid fans of the comic series are aware that Negan was the cause of Glenn's death. Because of that, fans are also bracing themselves for the possible exit of Steven Yeun's character. This will surely bring some heartbreak to Maggie, who is pregnant with Glenn's child.

Fans will find more answers when "The Walking Dead" season 6 returns this Feb. 14.
