'The X-Factor' Judge Simon Cowell Is Back Home, Reveals He Fainted Due to Low Blood Pressure

After making headlines over the weekend for fainting and falling down the stairs of their home in London,"The X-Factor" mogul Simon Cowell is finally out of the hospital. Reports suggest that he is now back at his London home, but it remains to be seen when he will appear again on the reality talent show.

News about the terrible accident that happened to the "X-Factor" judge surfaced last Friday, when his neighbors saw him being stretchered out of his mansion in a neck brace. According to reports, the 58-year-old celebrity fell down the stairs after fainting and had to be taken immediately to the nearest hospital by some paramedics.

Some news outlets reported over the weekend that Cowell was just about to get a cup of hot milk Friday morning when he fainted and fell down the stairs. Since the accident came ahead of the first live show on "The X-Factor" that was scheduled to air Saturday evening, Cowell missed the big episode.

Now that Cowell is on his road to recovery, he disclosed that he fainted due to low blood pressure and admitted in an interview that the incident had scared him. He also promised himself that he would take good care of himself from now on, especially for the sake of his three-year-old with Lauren Silverman, Eric.

"Sometimes we get a reminder that we're not invincible and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock. They think I fainted because I had low blood pressure and so I have got to take good care of myself to sort that out. After all, I am a dad and have more responsibility than ever," he told The Sun.

According to Cowell, he woke up Friday morning feeling a bit sick, so he decided to go downstairs to get himself a cup of milk. Unfortunately, he started feeling dizzy on his way back up and fell. The next thing he knew, the paramedics were already taking him out of their home.
