Tom Brady Reveals Plan to Extend His Career to His Mid-40s

Tom Brady isn't ready to let go of his career just yet, even when wife Giselle Bündchen thinks it's time for him to do so.

Brady had recently appeared on the CBS show, "This Morning," where he talked about his new book titled "The TB12 Method," and there, he also revealed some interesting information that is closely related to his retirement. According to the New England Patriots star, he plans on extending his career through his mid-40s.

While this may sound like a good news for his American football fans, the idea of Brady playing for another five years doesn't really sit well with his wife of eight years, Giselle Bündchen. "I think we go back and forth," he explained. "She'll always say to me, 'Ten years ago you said it was only going to be another ten years. Now it's ten years, and now you're saying another five years,'" Brady went on to say.

Tom Brady may not be getting any younger, but he doesn't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Just last year, Brady and the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl, which was his fifth time doing so. Not only that, the 40-year-old athlete is also a four-time Super Bowl MVP. With this being said, it's a wonder how he could maintain such a successful career despite his age.

But according to Brady, it's all about taking preventive measures and readying the body for whatever injuries he might experience. His fitness regime is greatly detailed in his "The TB12 Method" book.

Meanwhile, Brady and Bündchen were once again given the spotlight after former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci claimed that the reason for the American football superstar's absence at the Super Bowl celebration held at the White House was because he used to be in a relationship with presidential daughter Ivanka Trump.

However, these claims do not appear to affect Brady's wife as she was just recently spotted all smiles at an airport after her Rock in Rio performance.
