'War Machine' News: Brad Pitt Sports Gray Hair in Upcoming Netflix Original
Netflix is going "Fifty Shades of Gray" for its upcoming original film titled "War Machine" as Brad Pitt was caught in some photos while filming for the movie.
Pitt has sported various hairstyles over the past years, but with his new role, he looked almost unrecognizable. While he rocked the gray hair for the political drama-comedy, some fans said they didn't realize it was the Hollywood star jogging along their path during filming.
Entertainment Tonight says his new look is very similar to a Ken doll, minus the fashionable clothes plus the G.I. Joe outfit. He also looked surprisingly aged with his new hair.
What caught the attention of outlets, though, was his gray T-shirt and black short shorts, which he jogged around with for a specific scene. He did look old and worn and yet very fit as he went running around town. The 52-year-old actor's jogging suit also gave way for the outlet to snap some photos of his T-shirt pressing on his stomach. Apparently, the husband of Angelina Jolie still didn't develop a big tummy over the years.
In the upcoming movie, Pitt will play the role of Gen. Dan McMahon, whose character is inspired largely by Gen. Stanley McChrystal, a war veteran who is famous for overcoming more than six miles in a day — something younger people can't even accomplish while walking.
McChrystal was one of the officers who witnessed the struggles and plight of the United States as it helped during the peak of wars in Afghanistan.
Joining Pitt in the movie are Topher Grace, Will Poulter, Alan Ruck, Anthony Michael Hall, and many others. The movie is expected to release later in the year and critics are already speculating that Pitt will nail his portrayal of McChrystal in the film as he is known for slaying his role in true-to-life films such as "The Big Short."
Pitt has been married to Jolie since 2014 and together they have six kids. He is a winner of many awards including a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and many others.
