Wii Fit U Free Trial Run Begins Next Month in Nintendo eShop
Nintendo is offering a free Wii Fit U trial run in November that will be downloadable in the Nintendo eShop as long as the gamer has a Wii Balance Board.
The free trial will only be available for 31 days, available between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31 2014. The version of the game is the full scale game and not just a demo.
Gamers who purchase the Fit Meter accessory and sync it to the game will be able to play Wii U Fit forever, reported Slashgear. The Fit Meter retails for $19.99.
Nintendo is also rolling out a few Wii U bundles starting at $320 in Japan, and those offers could come statewide this holiday season.
The first package goes for $352 and will contain New Super Mario Bros U, Wii Party U, and Wii Fit U. It will launch on Oct. 31 and also offer the same package minus Wii Fit U for $320.
The Wii Fit U bundle is the same price, includes the same games, but adds a sensor bar, Fit Meter, and a Wiimote.
Each of the bundles give the buyer a choice between having a Wii U in black or white and all the software comes pre-installed, according to Polygon. It will also contain a 30-day subscription to Karaoke U.
They also announced a new bundle Monday for the Wii U that features Skylanders Swap Force.
The Wii U Skylanders Swap Force bundle will launched on Nov. 15 and will retail for $300 like the other current bundles on the market.
Included in the pack is a white 8 GB Wii U basic console, Skylanders Swap Force Starter Pack featuring the actual game, Portal of Power, with three Skylanders action figures.
Additionally, Nintendo Land, a collector poster, trading cards, and sticker sheets will be included, reported Gamespot.
The game, created by Activision, was originally just a toy line, but has now branched out to video games.
