WrestleMania 32 Rumors: Sting Or Bill Goldberg Slated To Face The Undertaker?
World Wrestling Entertainment superstar The Undertaker is being billed to face two notable names that are either on the inactive list or is not signed with the company at all.
In a report by Danny Cox for The Inquisitr, the WWE is looking at either Sting or Bill Goldberg to face the Undertaker for the grand annual event, which will be held on April 3rd at the AT&T Stadium (more popularly known as the Dallas Cowboys Stadium) in Arlington, Texas.
Cox's report took note of Wrestling Observer Radio's Dave Meltzer's report about having the Undertaker's next opponent as "someone who is not an active wrestler". He did drop the name of Sting, but did not make anything more definite.

Sting, who will be inducted into the WWE Hall-of-Fame Class of 2016 on the weekend of Wrestlemania 32, is currently on the sidelines due to an injury, along with the spinal stepnosis on his neck. Cox noted that he last saw action in September during the Night of Champions event and has not specified if he will be retiring soon, or otherwise.
No timetable for his return has been set, either.
The 49-year-old Goldberg, on the other hand, last made his WWE appearance in March 2004 at WrestleMania 20. For the said event, he was pitted against former UFC heavyweight champion and current WWE superstar Brock Lesnar, with Stone Cold Steve Austin as the special guest referee. Goldberg did end up winning the match, but was on the receiving end of the "Stone Cold Stunner" right after.
He did make his return to professional wrestling in June 2015, at a Legends of Wrestling show at Citi Field in New York. He made another appearance for the same promotion, where he hit a spear on fellow veteran Scott Steiner.
In between his hiatus from professional wrestling, he also served as a mixed martial arts commentator for the EliteXC organization and kickboxing promotion company K-1 Dynamite USA.
