WWE Latest News: Darren Young Believed To Be In Rehab For Injury

World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Darren Young is believed to be on rehabilitation as he nurses an injury.

In a previous report by Gene Mrosko of Cageside Seats, the former Tag Team champion first suffered an ACL injury in April because of a wrong landing during a spot at a house show during the said time. In a post he released on Twitter in mid-April, Young admitted toughing it out, until doctors revealed that he had torn his ACL.

The 32-year-old professional wrestler immediately underwent surgery after the injury, which was deemed a success. But early this month, it appears like Young has once again caught the injury bug.

In a December 9th report by Sean Rueter of Cageside Seats, when his tag team partner Titus O'Neil appeared solo on that week's episode of Monday Night RAW, speculation about Young arose.

On that same day, Young posted what was described as a "cryptic tweet," showing a photo of himself in an undisclosed hospital. The photo had a caption saying, "Feeling like this is it. Stand by." A few hours after, he posted another Instagram photo, where he simply expressed his gratitude towards the people who have stood by him through his time of need.

In his report, Rueter adds that Young's tweets will only make his fans wonder what's really going on with the WWE superstar, especially since he had recently reunited with O'Neil.

"Plus, they're both prominent fixtures on WWE's public relations and philanthropy circuits, so it's doubly odd that he's suddenly and quietly been moved aside while O'Neil gets a mid-card storyline of some note," Rueter wrote.

On Tuesday, Young posted another photo on Twitter, showing him doing rehab for his ACL injury. "W/ injuries your approach to the game changes only 4 the better. Quad size will come back," Young wrote.
