WWE Latest News: Ric Flair Offers To Induct Sting To Hall-of-Fame; Steve Austin Vows To Be At WrestleMania32

World Wrestling Entertainment legend Ric Flair is volunteering himself to induct superstar Sting into the Hall of Fame Class of 2016.

Early last week, the WWE announced that Sting would be the first inductee into the 2016 Class, which will be made formal during the ceremony on April 2, the eve of the company's biggest blockbuster event of the year, WrestleMania 32.

The ceremony will be held at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. As of this posting, no formal announcement has been made yet about who would be inducting Sting into the Hall of Fame. But in an interview with the Miami Herald, the "Nature Boy" says he is open to fulfilling the said task.

According to the 66-year-old former professional wrestling superstar, Sting has all the qualities to become a full-fledged inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame. He specifically mentioned the latter's physical attributes, charisma, and in-ring capabilities.

"I would love to be that person," Flair said, referring to him doing the formal induction for Sting. "I haven't been asked, but I would love to."

Meanwhile, another former WWE superstar and champion made the headlines the past week. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin recently promised that he would be appearing in WrestleMania 32, no matter what happens.

Austin's last WrestleMania appearance was during WrestleMania 30 in 2014, where he did the opening segment alongside fellow legends and veterans The Rock and Hulk Hogan.

And in the 100th edition of former WWE broadcast panelist Jim Ross' podcast entitled The Ross Report, "The Texas Rattlesnake" says while he is not sure if he will indeed be making an appearance on the said event, he promises to be there no matter what happens.

"Whether we do something in the ring, or if I'm part of the show - it remains to be seen," Austin said. "A big part of the WrestleMania weekend for me is going to the Hall Of Fame. By hook or by crook, I see myself being there."
