'You're The Worst' Season 4 Spoilers: Edgar Wants to Emotionally Bond With Jimmy
Next on FXX's single-camera romantic comedy "You're the Worst," Edgar will go out with Jimmy in an attempt to further their emotional bond.
As revealed in the synopsis for episode 6 of "You're the Worst" season 4, Edgar (Desmin Borges) will take Jimmy (Chris Geere) out on a date, in hope of deepening their relationship. The former goes to such lengths to be able to emotionally bond with the latter.
Elsewhere in the episode, Gretchen (Aya Cash) will be surprised with what she discovers about the new guy she is going out with.

As for Lindsay (Kether Donohue), she only wants to make new friends at work, but her quest for friendship remains unclear as of the moment.
In the previous episode of the show, titled "Fog of War, Bro," Gretchen moved back into the house and she is back to her usual antics. She started messing with Jimmy and even sabotaged his first interview for a new book.
While they were in the middle of the interview, Gretchen decided to join in. She even introduced herself as Jimmy's fiancée. And the publication somehow believed the whole act. Before Jimmy could even convince them to market him as someone who deserved loved and found it, Gretchen's fling popped up out of nowhere and ruined the charade.
Though the former lovers are still bickering under the same roof was enough to convince their friends Edgar and Lindsay to come up with a plan for them to get back together.
"There's Always a Back Door" was penned by Eva Anderson and Philippe Iujvidin. It was directed by Tamra Davis and Stephen Falk.
"You're the Worst" season 4 episode 6, titled "There's Always a Back Door," airs Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 10 p.m. EDT on FXX.
