Blind, Autistic Boy Sings 'Open the Eyes of My Heart' in Stunning Moment of Worship (VIDEO)
Christopher Duffley's YouTube channel describes him as a "12 year old musician/singer who happens to be blind and autistic." This tells me that his disabilities don't define him, but they do add a certain gravity to his story.
Christopher's mother was addicted to drugs when he was born, and he spent time in the Florida foster care system until an uncle took him in. He was four when he went on his first mission trip. It was on this trip that he sang the worship classic "Open the Eyes of My Heart" for an audience for the first time.
In this 2011 video, he sings it again for a conference in New Hampshire at the age of 10. It's a remarkably beautiful moment of worship you won't soon forget.
