  Tara Costa, who was a finalist on "The Biggest Loser" in 2009 after losing 155 pounds, is being sued by a fitness company, FC Online, who claims she has gained 45 pounds— "far too much weight" for her to continue as their brand ambassador. She is being sued by the company for unspecified damages.

  Surfer and Whale Collide: Man Sent Flying by Whale the 'Size of a Bus' (VIDEO)

  A surfer and whale collided Sunday, resulting in the man being sent flying with one flick of the beast's tail, according to reports. Bishan Rajapaske, 38, was found face down and unconscious in the surf by friends who were also at Australia's Bondi Beach.

  Daleste, Brazilian Rapper, Shot and Killed at Concert: 'Bloodstains' Left on Stage (VIDEO)

  Daleste, a Brazilian rapper born Daniel Pellegrine, was shot and killed on stage while performing at a Sao Paulo concert Saturday. The 20-year-old funk and hip-hop artist was in the middle of a performance when two shots rang out, knocking him down. He later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
