'Sherlock' Season 4 Release Date News: Christmas Episode to Kick Off New Season
The fourth season of BBC's hit crime drama series "Sherlock" will kick off with a one-off special Christmas episode, set to be aired by end of 2015. Production for the special episode has been reported to have started in early January 2015, on Baker Street in London, in Bristol and in the historic Gloucester Cathedral, according to reports.

Within the past six months, the mobile phone operating system battle seems to have come to a head with the release of Apple's iOS 8 and Android's 5.0 Lollipop. A report on Mashable on how both operating systems fare when compared with each other says that "iOS 8 has as many features as Android" while on the design side, which was historically Apple's edge, the Android 5.0 Lollipop "has an almost iOS-level of fit polish and finish."

Japanese game developer Nintendo startedthe release of their new games for 2015 with the launch of "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3DS" last Feb. 13 and a new "Kirby and the Rainbow Curse" on February 20. A Huffington Post report called the new games' looks "totally trippy," as they do not look anything like Nintento's traditional graphics.

Oscar award-winning actress Marion Cotillard has officially signed on to join Michael Fassbender in the upcoming live-action adaptation of "Assassin's Creed," which is based on the popular game developed by Ubisoft. Both actors previously worked together in a new movie adaptation of Shakespeare's "MacBeth." Director Justin Kurzel, who directed "MacBeth," will also direct "Assassin's Creed."

After winning several awards in the Emmy's and the Golden Globes, Fargo, the dark comedy-crime television series aired on FX has started production for its second season last Jan. 19, in Calgary. According to a report on Variety, a new addition to the cast is Keir O'Donnell, most recently seen in "American Sniper." He joins other cast members such as Ted Danson, Patrick Wilson, Jean Smart, Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons.
