The Bible says persecution and martyrdom will increase before Jesus returns to earth. It is a part of God’s strategy for giving this world to Christ to establish His Kingdom and live among His people.
Calamity, tragedy, catastrophe, wars, famine and disease are sometimes how God troubles the waters to push our boats safely to shore. In these situations, there can be an opportunity for reconciliation with him.
Have you experienced the joy of this confidence, which only a personal relationship with Christ as Savior can give?
Won’t you repent of your sins and surrender to Christ, and be saved from the wrath to come?
Does the prospect of these future events symbolized in these horsemen strike you with fear and trembling? If you have never received Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, you should be afraid. When fear leads us to a positive conclusion or helps us avoid danger, it is a good thing.
His success as a world conqueror is because he is in league with the devil himself. He will even unite world religions under his leadership, declaring himself God.
Those who receive and protect a child’s life are receiving Jesus, and those who deny the child by abortion are crucifying Him afresh.
Christ, the Lamb, with His seven horns and eyes, shall take the scroll. He will break each of its seals, opening each chapter of the earth’s final days and order the completion of its restoration and redemption.
Well, wouldn’t you know it. It’s not an elephant or a donkey that gets us back on the farm. It’s the Lion and the Lamb.
God’s Spirit never leads in a way contrary to biblically revealed ethics. The Spirit and the Word always work together. Can God act against himself?
