Joseph Fiennes on 'Risen' Movie, 'I Think We Got it Right' (Interview)
The New Testament doesn't reveal Pilate's reaction when he learned of Jesus' resurrection, although Christians throughout the centuries have wondered what he would have done. A new movie that hits theaters Feb. 19 tackles that idea … with a twist.
Sacrificial Love on Display in 'The Finest Hours' (Movie Review)
"The Finest Hours" may not be fully family friendly, but the story of the crew's sacrifice and selflessness — particularly in our often narcissistic, selfish culture — is incredibly inspiring.
Shocking Story Based Upon True Events Brings Sex Trafficking Awareness to Screen (Movie Review)
As I tucked my 4-year-old daughter into bed last night, I kissed her softly on the cheek, told her I loved her, and reminded her that I was in the next room to protect her. She always sleeps better when I say that, and, well, I thoroughly enjoy doing it. If ever there was a little girl made of "sugar and spice," it's her.

Every time I begin watching a new movie by filmmakers Alex and Stephen Kendrick, a thought crosses my mind. Will this be the one that bombs?
Movie Review: 'Faith of Our Fathers' Is Solid Tribute to 'Forgotten' Vietnam Veterans; Showcases Faith on Battlefield
As the nation commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, a new movie that hit theaters Wednesday – just in time for Independence Day – seeks to honor the men and women who served in the war that so deeply divided America that we often ignore it. The movie is called "Faith of Our Fathers," and it spotlights the Vietnam War in a way that other movies have not.
Groundbreaking 'Beyond The Mask' Lands Distributor, Opens in 100 Cities Friday
The film, "Beyond The Mask" (PG), was shown in select theaters Monday, April 6, but that was only on one night and only in cities where moviegoers preordered a certain number of tickets. The new distribution deal through Freestyle Releasing will put the movie in front of a wider audience and, significantly, will do so on a weekend, when people typically watch films.
