House Again Passes Repeal of 'Obamacare'
Five Democrats joined 239 Republicans Wednesday to repeal the Affordable Care Act (2010), President Barack Obama's signature health care reform law. The bill is not expected to be brought up in the Senate, much less be signed by the president, but is part of an effort to hold votes highlighting the Democratic members' positions on a range of issues. No Republican joined the 185 Democrats voting against the bill.

Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Repeal Birth Control Mandate for Religious Employers
Representatives Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) and Diane Black (R-Tenn.) introduced legislation Tuesday that would limit the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) requirement that employers provide coverage for contraception, sterilization and some abortifacient drugs. The bill would prevent the government from penalizing religious employers who choose not to follow the mandate due to the teachings of their faith.

President Barack Obama's reelection campaign has accused Republican rival Mitt Romney, based upon a Washington Post article, of being a "pioneer" in outsourcing American jobs to other countries. Conservatives have recently criticized Romney's campaign for not defending himself against the charges. Romney is now accusing Obama of sending jobs overseas using, in a stroke of irony, a Washington Post article.
Unemployment Benefit Mispayments Top $14 Billion
Through errors and fraud, the U.S. Department of Labor reports that it sent over $14 billion in unemployment benefits last year to people who did not qualify to receive the payments.
