- Oct. 16, 2007, Correction: An earlier version of this article about the concerns of some Evangelicals regarding the support of Mitt Romney for the U.S. presidency incorrectly reported that the World Congress of Families was founded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Foundation. CP confirmed with Larry Jacobs, vice president of The Howard Center for Family, Religion & Society that World Congress of Families was not founded by but is funded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Foundation among other groups. - July 19, 2011, Correction: An earlier version of this article about a Fox News co-host saying Mitt Romney is not a Christian incorrectly reported that an open letter being circulated addressed Romney's faith. The Christian Post confirmed with Gary Glenn, president of the American Family Association of Michigan, that the letter solely addressed his public policy record on issues such as abortion and the homosexual agenda, not his faith. - Sept. 29, 2021, Correction: An earlier version of this article stated that BDF and AFBDF had combined to raise $30 million toward the restoration of the Church of the Nativity. The restoration work on the church so far has cost $15 million, of which AFBDF and BDF raised $2.6 million, split equally. The $30 million was spent on the whole Bethlehem region. Go to Article »
- Feb. 22, 2023, Correction: An earlier version of this article reported that the SBC disfellowshiped Saddleback Church because the church had ordained three women to the office of pastor. According to an SBC spokesperson, the decision to disfellowship Saddleback was because Pastor Andy Wood's wife, Stacie Wood, a teaching pastor, was also functioning in the office of pastor.
