'Maximum Impact' to Elevate Leadership Effectiveness Nationwide
To offer all leaders practical tools and resources, the Maximum Impact team is heading to 15 cities across the nation to host one-day workshops.
Turning around the usual corporate training programs that are short on content to offer all leaders practical tools and resources, the Maximum Impact team is heading to 15 cities across the nation to host one-day workshops.
The Five Levels of Leadership workshop kicks off June 27 in Tampa, Fla., where Maximum Impact's new program will serve to elevate leadership effectiveness whether it is among individuals or a team of leaders.
The nearly two-month national tour will take participants on an interactive investigation into leadership development based on content from the nation's foremost expert on leadership, John C. Maxwell. Maxwell's latest book The 360 Degree Leader recently landed on the New York Times Bestseller list within a few months of its release.
For one full day, leaders will attain the core qualities to ascend the five levels of leadership - position rights, permission relationships, production results, people reproduction and personhood respect. Professionals will join in a telescopic examination of contemporary leadership case studies, chart their leadership course with a personalized Maximum Action Plan and unearth traits that will radiate their influence 360 degrees.
Maximum Impact will hit cities in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California, Ohio and Michigan, respectively.
Maxwell, founder of INJOY Group and EQUIP, has over 12 million copies of his books in print. He founded INJOY in 1985 to develop leaders of excellence and integrity among pastors and outside the church. Taking effective leadership to the international level, Maxwell launched EQUIP in 1996 to equip Christian leaders worldwide to serve the body of Christ.
