'2 Broke Girls' Season 5 Spoilers: Show Returns In January On New Day And Timeslot

Though it may feel like "2 Broke Girls" has only been back for a short while after its long summer break between Seasons 4 and 5, the show will once again take several weeks off, this time for its holiday break. Sadly, this means that fans of Max Black (Kat Dennings) and Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs) will have to take some time away from watching the girls attempt to raise money for their cupcake business.

But, unlike other TV shows, "2 Broke Girls" won't be gone for two or three months; the show returns to the small screen on Jan. 6 at a new timeslot on a new weeknight. From its 9:30 p.m. Thursday timeslot, "2 Broke Girls" will now be airing Wednesdays at 8 p.m. After giving its fans five solid episodes since Season 5 premiered in November, the show resumes its current season with Episode 6: "And Not the Regular Down There," which has Max finding out that the new guy she is dating has intimacy problems.

According to the official plot synopsis for the Season 5 post-winter break episode, Max will be both curious and perplexed when her new beau is hesitant about getting intimate. She will later find out that this is because her new paramour is "not regular down there." Is this a size-related problem or some other quirk? What could "not regular down there" mean? And how will Max deal with this setback?

Meanwhile, just as Jonathan Kite said in the official CBS fall preview for the show, his character Oleg will be having "a lot of sex," as he and Sophie (Jennifer Coolidge) struggle to get pregnant.

The guest cast for Season 5 Episode 6 include Steve Talley as Owen and Dink O'Neal as Dr. Serden. The regular cast of "2 Broke Girls" include Garrett Morris as Earl and Matthew Moy as Han.

"2 Broke Girls" returns with "And Not the Regular Down There" on Jan. 6 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
