'24: Legacy' Season 1 Episode 11: Carter and Donovan Team Up to Save Rebecca in Season's Penultimate Episode
The first season of FOX's high-octane political thriller "24: Legacy" will hit its penultimate episode next week, wherein the Central Terrorist Unit (CTU) will find out just how much more dangerous a father's revenge plot can get.
After a game-changing episode this week led to the death of Jadalla (Raphael Acloque) and the revelation that his father, Ibrahim (Eli Danker), has been alive all this time, the CTU will need all the help they can get to gear up for the older Bin-Khalid's retaliation. Aside from an impending personal attack, the official synopsis also hints at the possible involvement of a high-ranking government official in some shady business. Could one of their own have been pulling the strings all along?
The promo for the upcoming episode, which will be covering the hour of "10:00 PM – 11:00 PM," reveals that this government official is none other than Simms (James Moses Black), the director of National Intelligence, who was also the one who brought down the order to send drones to blow up the warehouse in episode 8. What is this man hiding that he's willing to level down a place where both terrorists and his own people could perish?

Carter (Corey Hawkins) and John (Jimmy Smits) will be teaming up to get to the bottom of Simms' secrets in a bid to save the latter's wife Rebecca (Miranda Otto) from an impending death that could be broadcasted to the entire world.
Meanwhile, back at the CTU, a reinforcement will reportedly be called in to oversee operations. Who will this reinforcement be and what can they do to help bring the current issue with Bin-Khalid to a favorable conclusion? A source speculates that this reinforcement could turn out to be none other than Almeida (Carlos Bernard), who is due for a much-needed redemption of his own. But could he be in cahoots with the shady Director Simms, just as the trailer teases?
