4 things to know about the Jan. 6 footage released by Tucker Carlson
The QAnon shaman was escorted by police as he walked around the Capitol
One protester present at the Capitol on Jan. 6, Jacob Chansley, became known as the QAnon Shaman. Previously released video from that day shows Chansley with red, white and blue paint on his face and a Viking hat with horns, sitting in the U.S. Senate chamber. Because of his actions at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
Video footage released Monday shows Capitol Police officers behind and alongside Chansley as he walks through the Capitol Building. Carlson noted that Capitol Police did not work to stop Chansley but rather "acted as his tour guides" and took him to "multiple entrances and even [tried] to open locked doors for him."

The previously released video showed Chansley leading the protesters in prayer, removing his cap as he declared, "Thank you, Heavenly Father, for gracing us with this opportunity." He expressed gratitude for "the police officers, who allowed us into the building to allow us to exercise our rights, to allow us to send a message to all the tyrants, the communists and the globalists that this is our nation, not theirs."
