Suspects reportedly linked to 'violent transgender commune'
1. Suspects linked to 'violent trans commune' in California
Both suspects, Teresa Youngblut and the now-deceased Felix Bauckholt, reportedly identified as transgender, according to investigative journalist Andy Ngo.
Youngblut is said to go by the name “Milo,” while Bauckholt identifies as “Ophelia," The Post Millennial reported.
A trans-identified friend of Bauckholt told Ngo that Bauckholt “may have been radicalized” by a Northern California cult known as the “Zizians” led by a leader known as “Ziz,” reportedly identified as Jack LaSota. Ngo described the group as a “violent trans commune centered around a cult of personality.”
Lasota was among four people arrested in 2019 for his involvement in a protest against the Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR) near Berkeley, California. The group was described as wearing “black robes, gloves and Guy Fawkes masks” at the time of the arrest.
