Christianity is the largest religion in the world with 2.3 billion people professing their faith in Jesus Christ. Small churches and large cathedrals around the world display images of Jesus and the apostles, both in the form of stained glass images depicting the miracles of Christ, images of the crucifixion, and statues of our Savior.
The following is a list of five statues of Jesus Christ around the world. While one is located inside the Vatican, others tower over cities as a representation of Christ's love for humanity. Other statues of Jesus have been erected underwater, and the largest statue of Jesus will soon be erected and stand at over 250 feet tall.
