Combs could go to prison for life
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, Combs could get a maximum life sentence in prison if he is found guilty of racketeering conspiracy.
If he is convicted of one count of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, he could get a maximum sentence of life in prison. The mandatory minimum penalty for this crime is 15 years in prison. For the transportation for purposes of prostitution, Combs also faces another maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
