6 highlights from Joe Rogan's interview with Tucker Carlson
The evils of transgenderism
Expanding on his assertion that good and evil are obviously at war with each other, Carlson noted that there is no political or otherwise rational explanation for the explosion of transgenderism, which leads him to believe it's an evil movement dedicated to destruction for its own sake.
"There's no political explanation for the trans phenomenon," he said. "Nobody benefits. I see these right-wingers be like, 'Really, it's all about the people who make synthetic hormones, they benefit.' Yeah, OK, they benefit, but it's not driving it. That's stupid. It's not about the money, actually. There's no upside. It's not helping the kids at all."
Likening affirming a child in a trans identity to calling an anorexic child fat, Carlson explained that agreeing with a child who believes he was born in the wrong body is "the last thing" an adult should affirm.
"Why would you do that?" he said. "If you love the child, you wouldn't do that."
"It's really an exercise undertaken for the sake of destruction, the sake of hurting someone," he continued regarding trans ideology. "There's no real upside. What's another phrase, description of that? It's evil. You see that a lot. Why? Like, what is that? What is it, and why is it so obvious even to a completely secular person like me all of a sudden?"
