In 1985, Nick Confalone's father filmed him and his sister coming down the stairs on Christmas morning. The joy on Nick's face was palpable while his baby sister processed the moment. The following year, they caught the same procession on tape. And Nick's dad continued to film Christmas morning after Christmas morning – for 25 years. By the end, the kids are adults, and a boyfriend even joins in the tradition.
