Adele Denies Scolding Chris Brown At Grammys: 'We Were Complimenting Each Other'
Adele has denied reports that she scolded Chris Brown during Sunday night's 55th Grammy awards, insisting that she actually had a polite exchange with the singer.
The Grammy award winning British singer was photographed having what appeared to be a tense discussion with Brown, 23, and she recently took to social networking site Twitter to put an end to the gossip.
"Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually," Adele tweeted.

On Monday various news outlets including UK's Daily Mail reported that the mother of one gave Brown a "piece of her mind" after witnessing him snub singer Frank Ocean.
Ocean, 25, edged out Brown and other nominees to win the Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album for "Channel Orange." Although the vast majority of crowd members gave Ocean a standing ovation, Brown noticeably failed to stand and although he did applaud Ocean, he remained seated.
Following the false reports claiming that Adele lashed out at Brown because she was disgusted by Brown's actions, an overwhelming number of critics commended her which left her bewildered. She finally set the record straight on Tuesday in a message to her 11.5 million Twitter followers.
The "Someone Like You" singer won her ninth Grammy award on Sunday, taking home the Grammy for Best Solo Pop Performance for "Set Fire To The Rain," less than four months after giving birth to her first child.
Adele and her fiance Simon Konecki have remained tight lipped about their baby, however, a recent claim revealed their baby's name. The singer was recently photographed wearing an "Angelo" necklace which a source claims is dedicated to their son.
"Those close to Adele have been told the baby is called Angelo. We're not sure of the significance of the name," a source told The Sun.
"She's wanted to keep it quiet but it was always going to come out sooner or later," the source continued. "Wearing an Angelo necklace not only backs up what is being said, it suggests she's not worried about people finding out."
