Adrienne Maloof Reacts to Andy Cohen Reunion Show Dig?
Adrienne Maloof has reportedly hit back at Bravo TV host Andy Cohen, following snippy comments made during the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reunion show.
The 51-year-old reality TV star recently skipped the season three reunion show taping due to alleged gag orders and Cohen was far from impressed. In a minutes long statement the Bravo TV producer slammed Maloof for failing to attend.
"Well, today we are missing one of the Housewives who has been with us since the beginning. Adrienne Maloof has decided not to participate today," Cohen said in a video clip posted on the Bravo network's website.
"This season was hard on Adrienne, as you all know. A secret about her family was revealed by Brandi (Glanville) and from that moment on, Adrienne refused to speak directly about it. We know that frustrated you in the audience. It frustrated all of us too…Adrienne won't be here to tell her side of the story. Not only is she absent tonight, but she won't be on the show next season," he continued.
"Adrienne Maloof's final act as a Housewife was not showing up tonight," he added.
It is still unclear why exactly Maloof, who was embroiled in feuds with various cast mates, did not attend. Several reports blamed ongoing feuds while others cited an alleged gag order, but regardless, a source claims that the wealthy socialite feels that Cohen's dig was unjust.
"Adrienne isn't shocked by Andy's behavior but she is disappointed by his comments. She knew she would have been thrown to the wolves though if she had gone to the taping, and quite frankly she is through with dealing with all the non stop drama and verbal assaults," a source told RadarOnline.com.
On March 5 Maloof confirmed her departure from the hit Bravo reality TV show after weeks of ongoing rumors.
"To my loyal fans . . . It was time to exit RHOBH," Maloof tweeted. "The show served as a wonderful platform, stay tuned!"
While alleged insiders from Maloof's camp previously claimed the mother of three's departure was entirely her decision, sources recently suggest otherwise.
"She was let go," a source close to Bravo's hit show told People. "Producers were sick of her constant tardiness and her issues."
