Relief agencies aiding Guatemalan flood survivors are shifting their focus to long-term rehabilitation following a declaration by Guatemalan authorities Wednesday to enter the reconstruction phase of the recovery process.

Relief agencies aiding Guatemalan flood survivors are shifting their focus to long-term rehabilitation following a declaration by Guatemalan authorities Wednesday to enter the reconstruction phase of the recovery process.

According to the latest statement released by the Lutheran World Relief (LWR), the updated official reports from the Guatemalan government confirmed 652 people dead, 384 missing and 99 injured in Guatemala.
