'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 3 Episode 9 Spoilers: S.H.I.E.L.D. against HYDRA
The upcoming episode of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 is expected to see S.H.I.E.L.D. dealing with Hydra once again.
It was revealed that Ward, played by Brett Dalton, will be working hard to take down S.H.I.E.L.D. , along with Coulson, played by Clark Gregg, and his team. The previous episodes have seen Ward planning for the destruction of S.H.I.E.L.D.
The recently released trailer for the episode showed that the S.H.I.E.L.D. team will be trying to find Ward before he brings damage to S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson will be confronting Hunter, played by Nick Blood, about his decision to stop looking for Ward. Coulson was seen telling Hunter, "I sent you to do a job. You failed."

The episode of the series will have Ward working with Malick, played by Powers Boothe once again. They were last seen together in the previous episode inflicting pain to Andrew, played by Blair Underwood.
Titled "Closure," the upcoming episode is speculated to end the tension between Coulson and Ward. It will surely present an action-filled story, since Coulson was seen taunting Ward. He said, "Want to take me out? Come get me. We'll settle this right now."
According to Carter Matt, the official synopsis of the episode states, "S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra go head-to-head in a battle that will change Coulson's world forever. While Daisy and her team of Inhumans fight to keep Hydra at bay, Coulson and Fitz take the ultimate risk."
There was no new episode this past week to make way for the busy holiday. However, details of the midseason finale was also recently revealed. The episode after "Closure" will be the midseason finale titled "Maveth."
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 episode 9 is expected to premiere on Dec. 1. "Maveth," the midseason finale, is expected to premiere on Dec. 8.
