Alec Baldwin Quits Twitter Again
Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin has quit Twitter, simply writing "It's been fun" to say goodbye to his followers. With those three final parting words the actor deleted his account.
Baldwin also quit Twitter in December 2011 after a highly publicized feud with American Airlines. At that time Baldwin was reportedly playing popular cell phone game "Words with Friends" as his AA plane was about to take off. American Airlines cabin crew workers repeatedly asked Baldwin to turn off his phone, but when he refused he was taken off the plane.
Baldwin mocked American Airlines' decision numerous times in public over the following months, and as part of his apparent protest at the decision he deleted his Twitter account.

The popular comic actor, who currently stars in "30 Rock," is well known to have explosive episodes, and he recently admitted in an interview with Vanity Fair that he can be a volatile character.
In that same interview he spoke about his desire to go into politics, but also about his dismay about whether it ultimately would be a worthwhile venture. He said, "I think I do want to go into politics. I really, really do. And I don't know if I will."
He spoke about how he envisaged President Barack Obama saying to himself, "'Wow, this isn't what I thought it was going to be.' You've got to put up with all this (expletive)."
"If I want to run, run for what? You have to stop and ask a lot of whys. Run for the glory? Run to complete some missing piece of myself? I can keep doing what I'm doing for a living now and be perfectly happy," the 30 Rock actor explained.
It is unsure whether Baldwin's latest Twitter hiatus will be a permanent thing, but most expect that he will be back, and when he does he will undoubtedly have thousands of fans still waiting to follow.
