The video-blog posted on Kind Life Healthy Lifestyle via Twitter last week reveals the actress in her home with her young son.

"Breakfast with baby bear," read the tweet with a link to the blog.

"I just had a delicious breakfast of miso soup, collards and radish steamed and drizzled with flax oil, cast iron mochi and nor wrapped outside, and some grated daikon," wrote the 35-year-old on the site.

"Yum! I fed Bear the mochi and a tiny bit of veggies from the soup… from my mouth to his. It's his favorite… and mine. He literally crawls across the room to attack my mouth if I'm eating," Silverstone added.

The video sparked conversations on Twitter, where Alicia Silverstone became a trending topic on Tuesday.

Josefa wrote, "Alicia Silverstone ohh noooo for the birds you have to see this," and attached the Kind Life video on the micro blogging site.

"Dear Alicia Silverstone, you IS NOT a bird to feed your kid by spitting in his mouth. that is just ewww," wrote the user.

"Alicia Silverstone feeding her child like a bird is gross. Is there something wrong with the kid or is she just weird?" Chloe posted.

Silverstone, best known for her role in 1995's "Clueless," became a vegan in 1998 after attending an animal rights conference.

"I realized that I was the problem," said the actress speaking to InStyle Home in 2007. "I was an animal lover who was eating animals."
