AHS Season 6 Has the Same Strong Cast But with a New Air Date
Season after season, the "American Horror Story" has failed to satisfy its fans' curiosity when it comes to season previews and revelations. It's the eve of the next season again and once more there is little to post or reveal about what's going to happen.
But screenwriter for AHS Ryan Murphy gave fans a few hints for next season from his most cryptic quotes about the "American Horror Story": "The deeper we go into the series – hopefully we'll last decades and decades – you will see that there's a definite universe and all the worlds are collided, sometimes in a very bizarre, interesting way. You will be seeing more and more of that as we go along."

There is a big possibility that the new season will center around the Devil considering the show is in its sixth season, in the sixth month of this year; a new logo for AHS was also released featuring the number 6. When combined, the number 666 represents the devil Devil. This could be true since the Devil has already been introduced in the past seasons. So will the Devil show his full force this season or will it lurk in the sidelines and wait for another season?
Cast revelations
When it comes to the series' strong performers, most of the actors are hinting that they will still remain in AHS for next season. Lady Gaga once filled in for Jessica Lange who confirmed that she will not return to AHS. The multi-awarded singer and actress has said that she will be returning for season 6 despite her already busy schedule but there are no hints as to the extent of her role just yet.
Angela Bassett will also make a comeback and she sort of revealed this in an interview with Larry King. There are no details however as to how insane her role will be for the next season. Cheyenne Jackson has also claimed that he will return to American Horror Story to Out Magazine. The actor also mentioned that some of the official photography for the show was already underway but did not disclose any more details about what will happen in the next season.

For the past 5 seasons, the American Horror Story has debuted in October however fans were shocked to learn that FX has decided to air the much-awaited sixth season on September 14 at 10 p.m. ET.
