Animal Abuse Facebook Video Gets Man Arrested for Horror Dog Attack (VIDEO)

A man has been arrested for animal abuse after his brutal attack on a dog was caught on video.

The man can be seen carrying out a vicious attack on a white Staffordshire bull terrier with a pole. The video filmed by a neighbor shows the dog being kicked and punched.

It appears that the neighbor posted the video on Facebook following the beating, and it quickly went viral. An angry mob reportedly gathered outside the man’s house in Grimsby, England, demanding justice for the pet.

Police eventually were called and the pet’s owner arrested.

The video will horrify animal lovers and shows the dog being attacked by the man with a pole.

Towards the end of the clip the man can be seen holding the dog by its neck and punching the Staffordshire bull terrier twice in the head. Even more concerning, a small boy then appears in shot cheering on whom can be assumed to be his father.

A spokesman for the RSPCA said the charity had not been made aware of the violence which resulted from the footage being posted online. According to The Daily Mail he said, “We did have a lot of calls from members of the public about it who were obviously concerned and it's been passed on to our inspectors who will be looking into it.”
