According to 9to5Mac, Makatakara’s information is not always accurate, but added that it did predict the correct release date for the iPad 2.

No details on specs for the new models were released by the site.

Appleinsider stated that this new model could be a line of MacBook Pros taking on a MacBook Air design, making them much thinner with no disc drives, and giving them a solid state drive instead of a moving hard drive.

9to5Mac spoke about the possibility of Apple releasing a product with a complete platform switch from Intel to ARM processors.

They speculate that these rumors could tie in with what Makatakara is reporting.

Other rumors about Apple products have been spreading recently. The next generation iPhone is expected to be released in early October along with a cheaper pre-paid version of the iPhone 4.

Its iOS 5 will include a feature for Japanese users that warns them about incoming earthquakes early.

Preorders for the new devices are expected to start in late September according to the latest rumors.

Apple is expected to hold an event in early September that should finally clarify what information is accurate from the recent rumors.
