Arizona Gun Club Offers Pictures With Santa and Machine Guns
A Scottsdale, Ariz., gun club is offering families the opportunity to pose in holiday pictures with Santa Claus and a gun.
The Scottsdale Gun Club is hosting a “family event” in which people will be able to strike a pose in pictures with the man in the red suit and an $80,000 Garwood mini-gun as the backdrop to the photo.
Families can also choose to pose with additional firearms in hand with choices ranging from pistols to grenade launchers to AK-47s.
“Families and gun enthusiasts from around the Valley will have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to be photographed next to Santa while against a backdrop of a stunning $80,000 Garwood mini-gun and SGC’s coolest belt fed machine guns including the M60, M249 and M240,” said the Scottsdale Gun Club.
The families will also have the opportunity to test out the machine guns.
“I think it’s going to be all in fun from those who support the second amendment and those who don’t,” one gun club member told Fox News.
“Whether you’re a gun advocate or not, you should have a lot of fun with it,” he added.
The cost of posing in the photographs will be $10 and this will be the second year that the gun club will be offering shots with Santa and guns. Last year the photographs cost $5.
Pictures from last year’s event show groups of families and friends posing with Santa and carrying guns. Some pictures also include toddlers and elderly individuals.
The next Santa and machine guns event will be held on Dec. 10.
