'Arrow' Season 3 News: Episode 7 Recap 'Draw Back Your Bow,' Episode 8 Plot
Episode 7 of "Arrow" sees Oliver as he struggles to accept that Felicity has moved on, while a woman who is obsessed with the Arrow stalks him relentlessly.
In the episode titled "Draw Back Your Bow," Oliver retrieves the arrow that killed Stanzler and his two guards, and the arrow head is shaped like a heart.
Meanwhile, Felicity visits Ray Palmer's office, where she finds him in the middle of his workout. Ray invites her to a business dinner with him. At first she says no, but when Ray promises her a new dress to wear to the occasion, she accepts.
Back in Arrow's headquarters, Oliver and Diggle investigate the heart-shaped arrow head. They need Felicity to run some tests, but then they find her at a press conference with Ray. At the press conference, he announces that he's rebranding Queen Consolidated and naming it Palmer Industries. Overcome with jealousy and rage, Oliver smashes the arrow head with his fist, and unearths a message and an address hidden inside it. They rush to 15 Baron Street, where they find a room that is a shrine to the Arrow. A phone in the room rings, and Cupid tells Arrow that she admires him and to prove her devotion to him, she is going to kill a few criminals, starting with a drug dealer.
Diggle and Oliver return to the Arrow hideout and Felicity shows up and identifies the drug dealer. She then asks for a night off to spend with Ray, and Oliver shortly tells her to do what she wants.
Later, Diggle confronts Felicity and tells her that she's messing with Oliver's head. She tells him that Oliver had his chance. Then when Diggle asks Oliver about his feelings, he admits that he is upset that Felicity has moved on.
Oliver meets up with Cupid to stop her from doing any more harm, and they fall through a subway grate onto the train tracks. He moves them out of the way just in time before a train crushes them. He delivers her to Amanda Waller, and Cupid gains a spot on the Suicide Squad.
Felicity returns to Queen Consolidated, where she sees Ray and they kiss. Unbeknown to them, Oliver sees the whole thing, and he returns to Verdant.
