Ashton and Demi $10 Million Spousal Support Battle

Ashton and Demi's $10 million spousal support disagreement has gained steam. The 50-year-old actress is looking to get spousal support from Kutcher in the divorce after his investment partners from their A-Grade investment fund was valued at $100 million.

"Now it seems Ashton and [A-Grade investor Guy] Oseary were working towards a private offering based on a valuation of $100 million. Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share -- $10 million," a source told The New York Post.

UPI reports their investment was set up in 2010 while the pair were still married and the company was not worth as much.

"Demi Moore has been like a heat-seeking missile ... squarely aimed at the bank of Ashton Kutcher," an insider who knows the couple told Yahoo!

TMZ wrote "it's virtually certain a judge would reject Demi's spousal support claim" if things do not get settled quickly.

"Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for," the source told the NY Post.

This is not the first settlement the actress is in court for. Her divorce settlement with actor Bruce Willis awarded her $90 million and another $15 million recently.

Moore and Kutcher were married for six years, but ended the marriage 16 months ago after it was revealed Kutcher cheated on Moore on their anniversary.

The pair released statements around the time of the split regarding their divorce, with Kutcher tweeting, "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK."

Moore released a statement as well.

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain valued and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation," she said.

Currently Kutcher is worth $140 million and Moore is worth $150 million.
