Ashton Kutcher Spending Time with Demi Moore: Will They Reconcile?
Ashton Kutcher arrived at estranged wife Demi Moore's home on Wednesday, leading to speculation that the pair have recently been spending quality time together.
A black Lexus sedan was pictured outside the 49-year-old Moore's home where the actress is believed to be recuperating following her Jan. 23 admission into Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks hospital.
Kutcher, 33, is often spotted driving in his black Lexus and after connecting the dots, sources suspect that he had arrived at Moore's home to offer his support following her hospital release, according to Daily Mail.
As The Christian Post previously reported, Moore was rushed to the hospital after allegedly inhaling nitrous oxide in a bid to get high and she became seriously ill.
While a spokesperson said that Moore was receiving professional treatment for "exhaustion," critics suspect that her impending divorce from Ashton Kutcher has simply become all too much, resulting in her substance abuse issues.
"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," Moore's rep told TMZ.
Kutcher is now beginning to feel an overwhelming sense of guilt after seeing his estranged wife's life spiraling out of control, according to sources, and many suspect Moore's health woes are a direct result of Kutcher's alleged affair with 22-year-old Sara Leal.
Moore previously addressed her decision to file for divorce, which hinted at her husband's alleged infidelities.
"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Moore said in a statement.
Moore's recent struggles with substance abuse has reportedly been one of the lowest points of her life, according to a source, which is rumored to be another reason that Kutcher felt compelled to rush to her side.
"Ego-wise, this is the worst thing that could happen to Demi, because she's such a private person. She's embarrassed," a source told People.
"[Demi] has a real opportunity to grow from it. She has to take responsibility for her life. The right intervention happened in her life. From a spiritual sense, it is a gift," the source added.
Moore still uses the Twitter name @mrskutcher, which some argue is a sign that she is not completely done with her marriage to Kutcher.
