'Avatar 2' Release Date News: Graphic Novel About Pandora to Be Released
News about "Avatar 2" revealed that there could be a new graphic novel released to allow fans to explore the world of Pandora.
The director of the upcoming sequel, James Cameron, shared some of their plans for the franchise during the New York Comic-Con panel. He explained that they are working with Dark horse Comics in order to create and release a graphic novel about Pandora. It was revealed that the graphic novel will feature three time periods.
After a long wait, fans will soon experience the world of Pandora once again. With that, it is expected that the movie will be featuring several new locations. Cameron shared that they will explore the oceans of Pandora for the upcoming installment. He explained that the production team has been working thoroughly in order to create and capture underwater scenes.

According to the producer of the film, Jon Landau, humans will continue exploring the world of Pandora once again. It was hinted that there will be several humans with good intentions, as well as bad intentions.
There are reports explaining that the upcoming movie will have a theme surrounding dark prison. While Jake Sully and Neytiri are expected to continue on with their tribe, rumors stated that the two might not be together anymore for the sequel. Apparently, there is a chance that they could be separated due to a war, forcing them to part ways.
Another surprise is the fact that Sigourney Weaver's character will return to the franchise. Her character had supposedly died during the previous film. However, it was stated that her character will be reborn.
In addition, it was revealed that the installments to come after "Avatar 2" will already be filmed during the production of the sequel. They are expected to release a year after another consecutively.
"Avatar 2" is expected to be released by Dec. 25, 2017.
