Adam Warlock was created by a group of human scientists going under the name, "The Enclave." The new synthetic being, known as "Him," was a template for an ideal race of beings meant to rule the earth. However, "Him" rebelled and broke away from "The Enclave," carving out the new identity of Adam Warlock.

Auditions are reportedly underway for the actor to be cast as Adam Warlock, who will star alongside Thanos in the first part of "Infinity Wars." Marvel is also auditioning for the lead and supporting roles for the 18th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to Spoiler TV, Thanos will be playing a major role alongside Warlock, who will be using the Infinity Gauntlet to separate the good and evil from his body, with his evil side gaining the alter ego, Magus.

Magus' plan is to create doppelgangers of the Marvel Avengers in order to build an evil version of the universe.

Reports have also surfaced there will be a "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover with the "Infinity Wars" movies, with "Guardians" star Chris Pratt hinting he may be appearing in "Infinity Wars."

He earlier told GQ Magazine he is tied to the franchise for the next three to five movies in the MCU, as his character is connected to the villain, Thanos, as well as to the Power Stone.

"Avengers 3: Infinity War Part 1" will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, with Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus writing the screenplay for a May 4, 2018 theater release.
